Why spend your valuable free time at a spiritual activist summit?

Well, if you’re 12-30 years old, these events are designed just for you. They’re an opportunity for you to meet people your own age who care about some of the same things you do. Get to know them—and more about yourself as a healer. Be inspired, hang around with new friends and old, and climb spiritual heights all on one weekend. You’ll definitely get a lot in exchange for the spare time you give up!

In the words of some of those who’ve attended past summits, you’ll feel a sense of community you may not have felt before:

“Before now I was the only teen I knew that was a Christian Scientist and so I’m really glad to see that there are so many people that are Christian Scientists who are my age, which is really heartening.”

“First of all I just want to say really how grateful I am to be here today. It’s just been amazing. This is my first summit to ever come to and one of the many things that I loved about today was that everybody was just so welcoming as far as being loving, and just talking, and just really truly expressed love, and acceptance.”

“To come to a summit like this and to be around young people is just really a refreshing thing and to hear inspiring stories from adults who have been through a lot of the things that we’re dealing with or you know stress or Christian Science and their experiences, its just been really helpful and I’m extremely grateful.”

A lot of people walked away from their summit experience with a new sense of purpose:

“Well this gathering has really helped me clarify my purpose in life. It’s just that idea that the world has need of us its really calling me into action; physically and spiritually.”

“It really gives you something to aim towards.”

“I just want to talk a little bit about direction because up until this point, I’ve had absolutely no idea what I was going to do with my life. I knew that God had something in mind for me. But, about 3 hours, ago I didn’t even know if I was going to come to this convention, let alone, be in a situation where I would learn what I was going to do for the rest of my life. I mean it’s just great to know that small things that you do every day have huge effects on the rest of your life”

Others recommitted themselves to reaching out and helping others:

“So I just encourage everybody to bring that sense of community that we felt here today and bring that into their individual branch church and just make it shine, make it blossom, and make it your own.”

“I’m really grateful for what the summit has done to open our eyes to the good that we can do for others and that we were given this wonderful gift of Christian Science to love and cherish and share with the world.”

And finally, something we hear at every summit:

“If I was honest, originally I didn’t really want to come today. I’ve actually really enjoyed myself. I especially liked the lecture about finding yourself. I felt that personally, that helped me.”

Come and experience all the good a summit offers.
